As most of you should know, ADHD isn't really a deficit or a disorder like the proper name describes. I prefer to call it- Attention Diverse Hyperactivity Trait. That's a bit more positive, is it not? I mean after all it isn't something we really have. It is a part of who we are. It influences every aspect of our lives. Sometimes this can be a good thing. We are different so we have different ideas. We are better than our NT peers at some things simply because our differences have allowed us to be. As a minority we need to have a place like ADD Community Center to look out for each other and cope in an NT world. We need a place where we can learn to strengthen our strengths and compensate for or overcome our weaknesses. This book shall be focusing on how we can do this.

Foreward:
I hope this book becomes a masterpiece and it is up to the ADHD community here to help. If you read this book and have any strategies that help you be sure to submit them. Even if they only seem to relate to you, someone else might be in your situation at some point in time and benefit from the help you give. Over time everyone develops strategies but each person has different ones. That is why we can benefit from each other and this can be made easy by this book.
P.S. Just put your name under something you write so that we know that this is being written by different people and so that you can get credit for your work.
